However we may be able to provide an additional subsidy in certain cases, where some or all of your group would be unable to come without it.

When considering a request for such a subsidy, we would look to see that the following conditions apply:

• that we have sufficient funds available to subsidise the programme;
• that the subsidy is requested for work with our staff;
• that the subsidy is needed for young people for whom raising the money is a genuine difficulty - this does not apply to young people who are simply unwilling to pay for a programme;
• that the organisation asking for the subsidy has made efforts to provide a subsidy from elsewhere, and cannot afford to provide a full subsidy itself.

Please note that the deposits required and the cancellation charges are unaffected and are payable in full.   If this were not the case and a booking were cancelled or adjusted downwards at short notice, you would be wasting our providing body's money.
