The guide prices shown apply to bookings that are confirmed between September 2007 and the end of September 2008.   They apply only to groups working on programmes run by Southwell House youth workers.  For groups of young people not working with our youth workers please see the conference section.

Prices for 'off-the-peg' programmes are given on the page of information for that programme.  Please note that quantity discounts don't apply to 'off-the-peg' programmes, unless the programme is being run specially for your group, when the rates indicated below will apply.

The prices shown are per young person.   Minimum group size is ten young people.
Staff come free as follows: one per ten, or part of ten young people; minimum two free staff.
Discounts apply to all charges: 5% off for 15 or over, 10% `off for 30 or over, 15% off for 45 or over, 20% off for off-site programmes of 60 or over.  However free staff aren't included in the numbers for calculating discounts.
VAT is not chargeable on any of these prices.
Staff accompanying programmes where young people bring their own packed lunch are invited to have lunch in our dining room free of charge.

One day in our centre, young people bring their own lunch, £10.40
One day in our centre, catered lunch for young people, £14.40

Overnight residential programme, fully catered, from morning on the first day to afternoon on the second day (ie including two lunches and supper), £35.50.
Additional nights with meals: £13.00, or £18.00 if the second night is a Friday or a Saturday.

Weekend programme, from supper on Friday to Sunday afternoon: £49.50

One-day programme at your centre £9.00, but please note that travel is charged extra.

Other combinations of days, nights and meals can be worked out on request.

The rate applying to your booking will be shown on the booking confirmation form which you will be sent soon after you make your booking.
