'Now What Do I Do?'   is the name of a series of residential programmes for young people aged 14 - 16. They are all designed for students who in various ways need to make more of their experience at school.  They may have been suspended, frequently absent, or may have had difficult relations with staff. Or there may be other problems, of low self esteem, difficult relations with their peers or staff, or other such problems.  Each programme works differently to help them look at their situation, think about their gifts and skills, and explore strategies for managing and coping better. The high staffing ratio helps to ensure that this will be a time of confidence and success.

The week also includes time for relaxation and enjoyment, usually including trips to the theatre, bowling, and other activities.

Young people from a number of schools will be present, and we suggest that not more than one or two come from one school, to provide a better chance to try new behaviour patterns, at least for a time.

School staff are welcome to visit at any time, but are not required to be present throughout the week.

The programmes running in this school year are as follows.  More detailed information on these programmes is available.   (close the page to return here).
